If you are not totally satisfied with your order delivered or you have any complaints regarding your order, items that are missing/shortages or not acceptable due to damage or quality issues or you are not happy in any way, please contact us by phone or email and tell us your name, the order ID number and exactly what was missing or unacceptable about your order. We will endeavour to fix the problem where possible or issue you a full refund. Depending on your location, we may either arrange for a re-delivery or issue a credit for the item or a full refund of the value of the item in question. Same day re-delivery is not available. .
*Any complaints regarding your order (damage, shortage, spoilage etc) will be accepted within 24 hours after delivery.
