Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We currently service Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

Q. What times do you accept orders?
A. We accept internet orders 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Q. What is your order cut off time
A. Currently we are delivering Tuesdays and Fridays. Internet orders placed by 7.30pm Sunday night will be included in the Tuesday delivery cycle. Orders received prior to 7.30pm Wednesday will be included in Friday’s deliveries.
*Some Public Holidays will affect this schedule.

Q. Can I get a same day hand delivery or pickup?
A. Currently we do not offer a pickup service. We also can not offer same day delivery.

Q. How do I know you have received my online order?
A. You will receive confirmation of your order via email at the email address that you provide.

Q.Can you hold my online order if it is incomplete (for example, missing address or message or credit card)?
A. No, we cannot.

Q. How do I check on the status of my order?
A. You may log in and see any updates on your order in your accounts section on You may also email or call our customer service team with a question about an existing order, track your order online (see Customer Service)

Q. How do I cancel an order that I have already placed over the internet?
A. The best way to cancel an order is to call us at 0418 982 625, during business hours.

Q. Do I need to be a registered customer to place an online order?
A. Yes. By placing an order online you will become a registered customer.

Q. What is the charge for delivery? Shipping?
A. There is no delivery charge.

Q. Do you ship to foreign countries?
A. No. We ship fresh fruit and vegetables and are unable to delivery them to foreign countries at this time. We are looking at expanding our area so please visit again soon.

Q. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
A. No, shipments cannot be addressed to a Post Office Box.

Q. Will I receive an email confirmation that my order has been shipped or delivered?
A. For orders that are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Charges and Payment

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Q. Do prices include delivery or shipping charges?
A. We do not charge for delivery.

Q. When do you charge tax?
A. Any taxes will be shown when you place your order using the checkout.

Q. Can you bill me?
A. Billing or house accounts are not available. Payment must be made at the time of your order.

Customer Information

Q. How do I change my customer information?
A. Go to and login. You will be able to change your customer information in the My Account section.

Q. Can I choose not to receive email updates and still be a Daintree Organics customer?
A. Go to our unsubscribe page or follow the link from our Home page. Enter the exact email address you are subscribed under. If your email address is in our database, you will be taken to a page confirming your unsubscribe.

Q. How can I stop being a registered internet customer?
A. Please give us a call and we will be happy to un-register you.

Q. What should I do if I forget my Password?
A. Go to our Sign In/Register page and click on Forgot your password. A new page will open that will allow you to enter the email address that the account is registered under. Email addresses are case sensitive. Your password will be emailed to that email address.
