Delivery

FREE Delivery (minimum order $60)



Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast (**Metro Areas Only**)

Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please have your orders in by 7.30pm Sunday night for a Tuesday delivery, and 7.30pm Wednesday night for Friday Delivery.

Please note that if you live in semi rural or outer areas then we may not be able to service you on these days, if at all. If you are unsure if this applies to you, please send us an email and we will follow up with our couriers and get back to you.

Deliveries are on the stated days via Fastways Couriers. By placing an order with us you are authorizing our Couriers to leave the parcel at your door unattended. You are also able to put special delivery instructions at the time of order. Eg: “Please leave the parcel around the back of my house.” etc.

If placing orders under $60, a freight charge of $8.00 will be added to your total.

Security

Daintree Organics uses secure server software (SSL), which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Placing Order

No order is considered Placed or Accepted from the customer until customer receives a confirmation from Daintree Organics. A contract of sale of arises on our acceptance of customer's order.

Pricing

All products offered by us are subject to occasional change in price. This is particularly likely with fruits and vegetables which are subject to seasonal changes in supply levels. We reserve the right to change our prices and products without notice to reflect such changes. Some of our products are priced by weight. The guide weight and associated price are for guidance only. The weight you receive may vary slightly from this guide and the price you are charged will be for the weight of product delivered.

Returns, Exchanges & Missing Items

Even with the best systems and people, mistakes do sometimes still occur. If there is something about your order that you are not happy with; please call, e-mail or even text a photo through and we will deal with your issue as promptly as possible.

Any complaints regarding your order (damage, shortage, spoilage) will be accepted within 24 hours after delivery.

Cancellation & What If No One is Available to Receive an Order

You can cancel your order any time without charge, no later than 7:30am the day prior to delivery. If you cancel your order after this deadline (7:30am previous business day) you will be charged a 20% handling fee for the cost of your order.

The Customer is responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. If no one is available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery time, we are authorized to leave the goods at your door.

In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer, considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.

Product Availability, Out of stock & Substitutions

We try to keep the products in our inventory in stock at all times. However, from time to time, due to increased demand, an item you ordered may be out of stock.

In these cases, and ONLY if you have agreed to the substitution clause. We will try to replace the out of stock item for an item of equal value and quality.

Promotions

We limit our special offers (first time customer, referral bonus and others) to one per household / per person / per address. These offers cannot be combined with any other offers. It is a responsibility of a customer to notify Daintree Organics’ sales department about the promotion that should be applied to order.

Privacy Policy

We will not rent, sell or share purchase history information or give your name or credit card information to any other company, agency or individual. We will not store cardholder data on the website or hard drive. If you submit and we process a fraudulent order we will forward the transaction to the proper authorities in your area, no matter how small the transaction. At times, civil litigation will also be imposed. (See "Privacy Policy" page for further details)
